Newlyweds Mr. Luis and Mrs. Lisa chose Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa as the perfect setting to celebrate their honeymoon. Upon the couple’s arrival, hotel staff witnessed the mutual happiness and love they shared with one another. Mr. S. particularly radiated a contagious joy, telling Jochi — the couple’s assigned VIP Host — that from the moment he first laid eyes on his new wife, he knew that she was the only one for him and that he couldn’t let her get away. Now, three years later and in a beautiful and loving relationship, Mr. and Mrs. S. had committed themselves to one another and were celebrating their new marriage in paradise.

Just as Mr. S. was sharing the couple’s love story with Jochi, he saw a message on his cellphone — he had received the first official photographs of his wedding. The audacious VIP Host asked Mr. S. to wait to share the photos with his wife until a special dinner the Breathless Punta Cana team would be organizing for the newlyweds that evening.

In the resort’s Coquette restaurant, an interactive table had just been installed but had not yet been used by guests, so Jochi decided to place the couple’s photographs in the middle of the romantic dinner. Mr. S. was delighted with the creative idea and transferred his favorite pictures of the wedding, as well as those the couple had taken from the beginning of their honeymoon to his VIP Host. With the help of Breathless Punta Cana’s Guest Experience Manager, Edith, the team prepared every detail for the memorable meal, including creating a video of the couple’s new memories.

The resort’s chef, Chef Silvia, also prepared succulent dishes of sea and land delights for them to enjoy.

The highly anticipated moment had come when the newlyweds arrived for their romantic dinner. The resort team arranged for them to be seated at the interactive table, and just as they were ready to enjoy their dishes, the screening began. Mrs. S. froze when she saw the first photographs of her wedding, and she began to cry tears of happiness, asking how the photographs had gotten there! She kissed her husband and thanked everyone involved in the special surprise, especially her VIP Host — Jochi. Mrs. S. told the Breathless Punta Cana team that “every minute that I was having dinner was fantastic and special, because I remembered the happiest and most unique moment of my life.”
