Courtney from Mimosas & Manhattan and her friend, Alexandra of Lexicon of Style lived big at Breathless Montego Bay Jamaica!

Hi, Breathless readers! Courtney here – the travel and fashion blogger behind Mimosas & Manhattan!

We have settled home after our amazing trip to Breathless Montego Bay Jamaica and I’m excited to share all that we experienced! I wanted to take you on a day-by-day journey of what we did, what we enjoyed most and some of our favorite memories from the four day, three night vacation!

After our quick flight from New York City straight into Sangster International Airport, Breathless Montego Bay was a mere 15 minute car ride to the resort. Upon arrival, one of my favorite moments was immediately being greeted by the above and beyond service. I mean, what can really beat loads of smiles and a welcome glass of purple champagne!

We were early for check in so myself & Lex of Lexicon of Style, wasted no time changing into our swimsuits, we grabbed a pina colada and headed to the pool. One of my favorite things was that the pool had a swim-up bar where they had designated times for trivia, games and other ways to keep us entertained other than just laying out. Not to mention, we also won the first round of trivia!

When check in time arrived, we were brought up to our rooms and greeted by our personal butler for the stay, Denis (he was incredible!) When we walked in, I was so surprised by just how unique and top-notch the architecture of the room was, everything from the showers to the room service secret door! One of our favorite amenities was the patio jacuzzi, which Denis set up with champagne and rose petals. Perfect for anyone looking to capture that *Instagram Moment*.

That night, we had dinner at Altitude, which sits on the rooftop of the hotel! Fun Fact: Breathless Montego Bay has the only rooftop pool of any hotel/resort in Montego Bay! The food at Altitude was exquisite and our server, Romeo, went above and beyond. The dessert tray was a definite highlight! That night we enjoyed a magic show, music and fire breathers by the pool. Such a fun way to round out our first evening!

On Friday we were able to enjoy a room service breakfast on the balcony in our robes. When I say room service, I mean I literally turned over in my bed, picked up a tablet and was able to place an order then and there. So easy! After breakfast, we enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. In the afternoon, we attended the foam party that we were SO looking forward to!

That evening we enjoyed dinner at Sofrito, which was actually my favorite food of the stay! The salmon was absolutely to die for. I also recommend the beef tartare!

On Saturday, we decided to take it a little bit easier. We wanted to spend some time at the beach so we headed that way and went snorkeling and paddle boarding. They have so many great amenities at the resort that during our stay, we didn’t feel the need to leave the resort. When we saw the weather was going to stay overcast, we headed to the spa! We each got a 50 minute deep tissue massage and that was truly the greatest lapse of luxury! We were also able to enjoy their indoor pools, sauna and jacuzzi due to the rain outside. Highly recommend if there is any bad weather in your forecast!

Unfortunately, Sunday rolled around and we were not looking forward to leaving!  However, the team at Breathless made the check out process so smooth and simple. We were off (after another round of breakfast room service of course) to the airport in no time!

Overall I would highly recommend this beautiful resort and country to anyone looking for a getaway vacation! Thank you Breathless Resorts & Spas for having us!
