A Breathless Cabo San Lucas Resort & Spa hostess, who was working one day at the resort’s restaurant Bites, noticed that two guests — Mr. and Mrs. I — were attempting to translate the English menu to Russian. Because the couple mainly spoke and understood the Russian language only, it was taking much more time than expected for them to order their meals. Witnessing the situation, the idea of creating a surprise magical night for the Russian couple came to mind.

First, the resort team designed an invitation written in the couples’ native language, asking them to select a time during their stay to enjoy a special dinner. Later, when they arrived at the designated location, they found a table reserved just for them with the phrase “Reserved for Special People” written on a sign in Russian. Next, to their surprise, upon receiving their menu, they realized it was specially designed for them in the Russian language. And lastly, an accomplice of the Breathless Cabo San Lucas team who was of Russian nationality pretended to be the couple’s hostess, serving them a typical Russian drink while also speaking to them in Russian — it was the cherry on top!
When Mr. and Mrs. I heard her speak, they could not contain their excitement and thanked everyone for such a beautiful surprise — bringing Russia to Cabo!
