On March 26, Breathless Cabo San Lucas Resort & Spa celebrated the grand opening of La Biblioteca de Tequila, the second local concept restaurant from internationally recognized Chef Richard Sandoval!
Modeled after the esteemed Chef’s New York City concept, which translates to “the library of tequila,” the restaurant boasts one of the largest collections of tequila and agave spirits in North America – we’re so honored to have this special restaurant call Breathless Cabo home!
